My divorce was long, drawn out and complicated prior to hiring Attorney Amber Ragonese. She gets things done! Her knowledge of family court and the law is unmatched. Anytime I had a question, I was given every scenario so I could make the best decision for my future. She pushed me towards a resolution, not another disagreement. Which I feel is so crucial during a divorce. It’s so easy to get distracted by all of your emotions during a time like this. Amber is an excellent listener and her calm demeanor kept me very grounded and focused. She was always organized and prepared from something as simple as emails and phone calls to more complicated in person court appearances and zoom court calls. Most importantly, I was able to settle my case without going to trial. Which saved me so much stress! I highly recommend Amber and truly trust that anyone who hires her, will feel the same.

Amber was referred to me by a prominent, well-respected attorney with the Wisconsin Bar Association in March of 2017. My case involved interpreting the vague, ambiguous, and convoluted language in a 25 year old divorce settlement in an attempt to determine a financial amount owed from a 401K portfolio. The Honorable Judge Michael J. Dwyer, who presided over the arguments in my case, coined the term in his courtroom to describe my case to be, "a legal nightmare" during the process of ruling on this case. As are most cases between two ex-spouses, this on was no different. In the 21 long months it took to resolve my case, Amber's strength and resolve gained momentum like a freight train.
