I am so glad and relieved that I had went to Thomas durkin to get help with my Disability claim! His office did everything to their best ability and was very helpful in helping me understand how the whole process worked! As soon as they got the decision they let me know right away! If I hadn’t had them Idk what I would’ve done! I highly recommend them 100%! I can’t say enough good things about them!

Doesn't return phone calls, takes weeks to months to hear back. Employee(s) first one messed up when submitting documents. That they had to send letters to fix, she ended up getting fired, Second, the main person in the office is very pushy, made me even cry as a client, said I didn't even have a disability, Even though I have documentation from multiple doctors. Refused to help with any paperwork. Because her vacation is more important, and she doesn't do it, "it's not her job!". You have to fill out all your own papers. Basically makes you do all the work with no help or understanding of what your doing. You take all your own phone calls with S.S., When those individuals from the S.S. even told me if I have a lawyer why are they not handling these phone calls. When you are seeking a lawyers help because your not a lawyer yourself. Office lady quit for the lawyer. Can't even get copies of your own paperwork back. Or a simple phone call about the horrible situation, nor a letter confirming that they're quitting your case!! Seek different lawyer unless you want to do EVERYTHING yourself. Very poor, if I could give it a 0 I would. Extremely horrible experience. Update: The last time I spoke to anyone in this office was in October, like I said prior, I've reached out multiple times to figure out the situation with them, they refuse to give me a letter stating they officially quite etc even though I was given a verbal from Sandy in the office. And I CAN'T get a response. But yet they are still taking actions in my name even though I was told that they quit my case. S.S. has been in contact with me. I will have to reach out to the board of lawyers etc. now because I didn't give them permission to take these actions and it's now December and they are still filing paperwork without consent, and they keep ruining my chances at getting any help from S.S.
