I couldn’t have asked for a better representative for my case. Ms. Avital always took the time to promptly follow up with me and patiently explain everything which was going on with my case to me, addressed my concerns, advised me on anything which I needed to do, was always beyond professional, courteous and I felt that she genuinely cared as my representative. As I was nervous, she reassured me that I had a strong case and that she would advocate for me to the best of her abilities, which she did and my hearing resulted in a fully favorable decision thanks to her.
