This lawyer did not pay attention to my concerns. He was more worried about the judges anger and being mad at him. Donavan did not take the time to pay attention . He asked for more support which I never requested. I did the leg work for my case. This lawyer charged $1,000 retainer and spent about two hours on nothing. He said he was holding the rest of the $1,000 in case we had to file a defamation case. Didn't want to " poke the bear". I never did see the remainder of my money and my ex is now dead.

Hired him to do probate on my dads estate and we were on a phone call with the judge and judge asked him if I was an heir to the will and he said I wasn't! What a worthless waste of money! Called him to ask where my refund check was when I fired him because he didn't have it when he said and charged me $12.50. Do not hire if you want any chance of winning your case! Charged me $1125.00 and did NOTHING! He is a joke!
