I would NOT recommend Ken Pletcher for anything! I followed all his recommendations and paid him $5,000 yet I went to all 3 of my court dates alone! Before my case was resolved he Quit! Seriously? How can you take my money and do NOTHING and then QUIT!??? My case has been dragging for over a year and is still not over because I had to hire another lawyer. Thanks Ken! I hope you feel good taking all the money I've been saving and then quit on me!

I would highly recommend Dan Murray and his legal assistant, Kelly. Both were very well organized and easy to work with. Dan knows the law and is extremely efficient in court. He does not waste the courts time and gets the job done. He’s fair on billing.

Mr. Murray represented my fiancé and I in our family matter exceptionally well. He has an outstanding demeanor that radiates in the courtroom. He is respectful to counsel yet aggressive in address important points. He is not looking to waste time or money, but to take care of business.

The legal process can be confusing and intimidating. Dan has a presence about him that is calming and supportive. Nothing ruffles his feathers. While in court I experienced his knowledge, organization and edge all of which showed how committed he was to my case. He demonstrated skills in communication and negotiation. For example, Often I had a certain view on how/what should occur and because of his skills the end result was better than I expected. After my initial consultation I felt Dan understood my needs and was going to support me through the difficult and complicated process. I was confident that Dan could work on my behalf for the best possible outcome. Dan didn't tell me what I wanted to hear rather he was up front and honest about possible results. He was thorough, and available. When I had a question or concern he was responsive, able to reference particulars of my case, and patient with my inexperience.

Dan represented me in my highly contested divorce, which lasted about 11 months and included many days of trial on child custody. A settlement was not possible, and litigation was necessary. I am an attorney, but I could not have represented myself--I was too emotionally involved. Trusting someone else to protect your parent-child relationship is difficult, especially at trial, but Dan took my case seriously and performed admirably. Dan is an experienced, hard-working, trial attorney. I am very thankful for his help, and I recommend him without reservation.

I used Dan to update my will which was done by another attorney several years ago. What made Dan different than the previous lawyer is that he genuinely seem interested in me and my family and what I was trying to accomplish. He answered all my questions and took the time to help me understand my choices. I never felt rushed, pressured or intimidated during the entire process. I will definitely being using Dan again for any future legal needs.

Attorney Murray is careful, attentive, patient and open to suggestions from his clients. I requested that my case be closed for the time being and my request was honored without argument. All court documents were executed precisely and without mistakes. Attornery Murray has an excellent paralegal who knows what to do and how to do it quickly yet thoroughly. Kelly is unfailingly pleasant even though one can see she has plenty of work to do.
