Ted is responsive, professional, fair priced, and experienced, and I trust he always produces the best possible resolution with criminal cases in any situation, 2nd to none, whether your guilty and need a fair deal to not get the book thrown at you, or if your innocent and need your name cleared. He has been the man to get it done for me and other people I know for 18yrs now, good guy!

I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Unless you are fighting a domestic abuse case, he's good at getting everyone, including his son off of all charges. If you're looking for a coropte lawyer, Ted kmiec is the one.

Ted was extremely knowledgeable, professional and an exceptional listener. Ted is a wonderful lawyer and person. He's been in the field for 35 years and it shows. He was always professional and friendly every step of the way. We hired him to contest an OWI when driving to Genoa City in July 2020. Between the body cam footage and Ted's excellent defense, the jury came out with an unanimous NOT GUILTY. Almost 3 years of being jerked around by Walworth County, we finally got our trial. Ted completely changed my mind about lawyers. He was fair and didn't charge us for any more than what was agreed upon. Ted was always sympathetic and kind towards us throughout the process. The trial finally happened in June of 2023. Ted was able to piece together and explain the evidence in a thorough and concise way to the jury which was crucial to our 6-0 not guilty verdict. Highly recommend if you need someone to really fight for you.
