Dude is retiring.

My ex and I were forced to use this guy for a third lawyer for the kids. All he did was sit on his phone and the whole time and collect our money. We both were there separately and he did it to both of us. The state made us hire him. Paid 950 bucks for him to sit on his phone for an hour. The state needs to look into this. Never received a copy of services rendered or any break down of how he charged us. These lawyers think they can and will take advantage of people because they are going through a rough patch in life. I would give him negative 5 stars if I could. He's an absolute garbage lawyer. You would be better off having a homeless person with a 1st grade education representing you than this sorry excuse for a lawyer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Very unorganized. Very inefficient with time as to milk out the clock and charge more for what little service he did provide after taking several calls to see if he was gettin his work done. Also his billing is vague and when asked to explain it he gets super defensive and threatens to hang up on you.

Not trained in trusts estates and wills where a POA abused there power and stole property and funds meant for the sons and daughters of our deceased father. Mom still alive and 92. Filed a complaint with SHAWANO ADRC. SOCIOL SERVICES .THEY DID NOTHING!!! WHEN WE WENT TO SEE HOW THE COMPLAINT WAS GOING. WAS TOLD THE SUPERVISOR MARKED AS RESOLVED. BS . DONT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE OVERPAID EMPLOYEES THAT DO NOTHING AND ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE. MY BROTHERS DID EVERYTHING LISTED AS ELDERLY FINANCIAL ABUSE YET SOCIAL SERVICES DID NOTHING . OUR MOM IS 92 AND SAID SHE HASNT BEEN DECLARED INCOMPENTANT YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I WANT ANYBODY THATS QUALIFIED TO SIT DOWN WITH MY MOM ALONE!! AND TELL ME THAT SHE KNOWS HOW A TRUST WORKS .SHE DONT EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY SHE HAD. IF THESE SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS DONT DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. WHY WASTE THE TAX MONEY ON OVERPAID DEFINITELY UNQUALIFYED PERSONAL WHY IS A 20+ GUY A SUPERVISOR WHEN HE IS CIMPLETELY UNQUALIFIED. .

Watch your billing!! BEWARE!!! Bartholomew was invloved in a custody case with us. His behavior was very impartial and professional. However, his billing is not accurate and is not timely. It is excessive and vague. When questioned about details of the invoicing, he offers no explanation.
