We hired this office to help us with my dad's estate. Had great interactions with the lawyers and exceptional service from Lisa Meyer, the paralegal! She is a lovely person and a incredible wealth of knowledge! Thank you all for your compassion and help with this difficult time!

My husband and I have worked with Ryan Z. a few times over the past couple years for both business transactions and estate planning. We found Ryan to be very thorough, responsive and attentive to our needs. The service we received was personal and in our best interest. We would not consider going anywhere else for our legal needs.

My husband and I met with attorney Ryan Zinkel to help us with our will and estate planning. We felt very comfortable with him and all the staff. Ryan was very thorough and answered all off our questions and addressed some we never thought about. We are very pleased with this law firm and will be using their services for any of our future legal needs.

Horrible....no compassion at all. Went to them after my dad passed. Took damn near every dime my dad had left for lawyer fees, made multiple mistakes, our first lawyer we had left, then we got a second one, and of course had to basically start over. Couldn't receive a email they sent me, so had to come in to sign a paper and that alone cost my brother and I almost 500 dollars!!! Because i asked to see the will and asked a few questions, since ive never done this before!!! Horrible how you take so much from grieving families who just lost thier loved ones. I honestly can't believe any of you can sleep at night....oh and did I mention, my brother and I also had to sell off some of my dad's things to afford the first round of billing!!!

poor communication, excessive and improper billing charges, outlandish threats. Somehow it takes them over 12 hours to write 2 simple letters.

Very disappointed in this law firm. Overcharged for services and refused to correct it despite evidence. For example for a 10 min phone call they charged for 20 minutes of time ($90), and to leave us a 40 second voicemail they would charge $30. For a n hour consultation that we were told was free we were charged $330. We were also told that the paralegal drafted a letter for us and did the research but were were charged at the attorneys rate not the paralegal rate. After questioning everything and pointing out the ridiculousness they stopped communication and years later find out they filed a judgment for the monies and NEVER even served us! We found out after getting served contempt paperwork. At the court meeting the Attorney proceeded in making threats of throwing us in jail for this and later on files to have over $68,000 in vehicles taken to pay $1,000.... again with out ANY communication. We filled out the requested paperwork and waited to hear back from them to then get served with them trying to take our property.

Attorney Zinkel was very thorough during the process of updating my will after my wife passed away. He was also very sympathetic during the initial consultation. The fees are fair and reasonable as well...

I have used this firm since the mid 80's. I used them as my company's firm and for all of my personal needs, including estate planning. They have some of the finest well versed attorneys I have worked with. I highly reccomend.
