When I search for a local attorney online to represent me I had no idea I would be fortunate to find Barbara. She took the time to make everything clear to me and she was very honest. I’m extremely pleased with the results and I would 100% recommend her.

Barb is a wounderful lawyer she asked what I wanted out of my charges I told her I didn't want no jail time and no felany on my record , she was very forward and up front with me about everything and said she would do her best and she did exactly that I had no jail time for felany dropped to miisdamener . Barbra took the time to explain all the different scenarios I would be facing, we spoke for almost an hour during our first initial phone conversation, I took in a ton of new knowledge when I thought I was at a dead end. Although I did not hire her for my first offense (due to personal budget reasons) she did not leave me in the dark, or brush me off and tell me have a nice day. Barbara gave me some pointers on what I should expect, and what I should do, in order to try and lower my court fees and fines. I absolutely recommend Barbara Kirchner if you’re in need of legal representation. She will take the time to talk to you as a person and go the extra mile, she won’t leave you in the dark or push you out the door.

There are probably a ton of criminal defense attorneys out there that we could have went to. We chose her because of her long standing commitment to her clients and the community. She did not treat us like a number, she went as far as giving us her cell phone number in case we needed anything over the weekend. She is down to earth and an all around amazing attorney. I was comforted knowing that my son's case was in her hands and she was going to be fighting for him and get the best outcome. I am very happy that we went to her. Handled 4th owi and Felony Battery with compassion and care. She treated myself and my family with respect and care. She had me prepare for the worst and I was shocked beyond belief when everything at sentencing went so well for me. She fought hard and told the ADA and the Judge in my case everything positive that I had accomplished since my arrest. I couldn't have been more amazed when I was sentenced to just a fraction of what the ADA had recommended. Amazing!

Barbara did a wonderful job! I got a speeding ticket I could have lost my license for and she was able to save my license and even got the points dropped drastically! Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I am the father of a son who Barbara has proceeded his case. If anybody is looking for an attorney she would be the best one to defend you. She was very professional in his case. Barbara has worked very hard on his case and kept us informed in detale on what was happening from court to court. My son got exactly what she told us at the begging.my son was faccing prison time and she promised she would keep him out not only she did that but sentencing turned out alot better than expected. She was very nice and profesional in her job. Very glad to have met her. My son said he was glad she represented him and she was an awsome laywer. Also when trial was all over she still showed concern for my son stating if he gets into trouble to let her know she well talk to him. Just awsome.
