Divorce Attorney 5.0 stars Posted by Ron September 9, 2020 Ryan was hired by me to serve as my divorce attorney after a friend mine recommended I contact him. It was clear in my first meeting with Ryan that he was the attorney I wanted to retain to handle my case. I found him to be a man I could easily communicate with and trust in him to have my best interests at hand throughout the entire process of my divorce. Ryan is a man of integrity who I feel was always professional and worked hard on obtaining a fair settlement in my situation. He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but he knows the law and I trusted his judgement and past experience when handling my case. He clearly explained to me my available options as well as how a judge might come to a specific decision. He allowed me to make the final decisions but was always willing to share his input on the matter when I asked for his thoughts. I feel he took the time to explain what avenue's we might want to look at and why a specific course of action moving forward might be our best bet. I would not hesitate to hire Ryan for any legal matter in which I might need legal representation for moving forward. On a side note, his assistant Christine was always pleasant and helpful to me when I needed to drop off documents for my specific case. To be honest, I am thankful I had them working for me.

John Hawley was appointed as GAL in my case. I did more research on him than he did my case. He was very unprofessional and even hung up on a conversation. There are bad apples in every profession, he would be a perfect example. He did the minimal work needed to get by to present to the judge and phone calls focused heavily on payments for him. I was having a hard time understanding why this GAL was was not seeing the signs or why simple communication was not understood by him. After meeting with another attorney in the area about my case and experience, it was shared that they were not surprised that this was my encounter.

Kyle Kaufman is very professional and personable. He makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgable!

We've relied on Atty. Kaufman several times for information and other services. He's knowledgeable and has very fair fees. I call him first when I have a legal question.
