I was very pleased with Barbara. She was very straight forward with everything that was going on. The communication from her office was great, there was never a time where i had to go find something out for myself because she called me after every meeting with the district attorney to let me know what was going on and how the case was progressing. She never had a problem with saying things as they were. She was very understanding of my problems and issues and was willing to help out in ways you never think a lawyer would. I would definitely hire her back again to help me out with any legal actions needed in the future.

I was extremely pleased with Attorney Barbara Kirchner. She was very thorough in explaining the process of court & helping me understand the billing. She believed in my case and was willing to go the extra mile even though I had already paid a retainer fee to a local attorney that I didn't feel would work for me . She even helped me understand the steps needed to intitate recovering some retainer fees that I felt were in question from the previous local attorney. I shared with a friend my frustration with the current attorney & thats how I was referred for a consult with Attorney Kirchner for a second opinion of my case. Even though I am a young adult ,She treated me with respect & represented me with determination and perseverance in getting a FAIR judgement. She is a GREAT attorney ! I hired Attorney Kirchner for traffic citations on two different occasions and will continue to use her services for all my legal needs!!! My cases were completed quickly; I was treated with respect; and was promptly kept up to date with the status of my matters. Attorney Kirchner was able to get my citations resolved with a reduced violation/charge which resulted in a lower point violation and lower forfeiture (fine).
