Todd was recommended to me for a good divorce attorney by two of my friends (classmates). I do NOT regret hiring him!! He is a God fearing, respectful, disciplined, go-getter, risk taker, results driven attorney. I must admit at the onset of my meeting with him for the consultation and then retaining him, I had a few reservations about him as I am typically an impatient person and like to see things happen immediately, but then Todd was able to reign me in and help me realize that things like divorce are a process and take time!!!! That being said I was able to just let go and trust that at the end of the process when our final court date rolled around Todd had my best interests at heart and he came through when it was the most important. I can now say that I am truly happy and cannot remember a time that I have been this free. Todd and his staff were the help that my daughter and myself needed to allow me to be a meaningful part of her life. This was a challenging situation where I was frequently and consistently subjected to manipulative and deceptive behaviors that were alienating me from my daughter, while also attempting to portray me as a poor parent. It was ultimately necessary to have psychological evaluations conducted in order to bring the truth to light, and Todd understood and helped facilitate this. Furthermore, he was instrumental in delivering the reality of this conflicted situation to the court so it could be addressed accordingly. This all contributed to a final judgement that was just and fair, and most importantly gave my daughter the opportunity for me to be a meaningful part of her life. His paralegals provided accurate and punctual case information to me and answered my questions within one business day. I certainly appreciated having this information to stay on top of the situation. Todd is a father of 4 children, which I believe helps guide his efforts truly towards the "best interests" of children. His heart was invested in my case, and that went a long way for me.
