“I was told that a letter was going to be sent to the family member, regarding the estate issues, and that I would get a copy. After a few weeks, I contacted Herbert Humke to ask what the status was and at that time he told me a letter was sent at the end of April and that he would get me a copy. A few more weeks go by and still no copy of the letter.”
