I hired Matt and his firm to represent me in my hearing for DWI. He had first class communication, Fast to reply to my questions. He was always prepared and had a strong negotiations to change my charge to a off road offense. He got my DWI, OWI dropped. I was very happy with Matt all the way around! Highly Recommended.

I was charged with a criminal DUI in Brown County for a first offense. This meant I was facing jail time, a suspended driver’s license, installation of an ignition interlock device, inflated auto insurance premiums, fines, and reputational damage certain to negatively impact my business. Matt told me at the outset that the prosecutor for the county is particularly aggressive in pursuing DUI cases. Early in the case, I indicated to Matt that I wanted to attempt to negotiate with the prosecutor to drop the criminal charges and accept a first offense DUI.
