Sarvan is a wonderful person and an amazing OWI Attorney. I received a 1st time OWI in Waukesha County. I have some attorney friends on the prosecution side of things. I consulted them to determine what attorney they might consult with if it they were in my situation. Attorney Singh's name was recommended. I was able to have an initial consultation with him one day after the OUI. This was impressive as he called me on a Sunday to discuss the options. I was so appreciative for this call as I was very nervous and scared about what would happen next. He provided clear feedback and expectations. I chose to hire Sarvan and am so glad I did. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very personable. I felt like I was in good hands from the start. He answered all my questions and always provided feedback quickly. I never had to appear in court and he was able to reduce the charge to a non-alcohol related charge. He is well worth the money!

A friend recommended Sarvan to me after he hired him and Sarvan was able to get his OWI dropped. My case was very different but he worked with me, was patient and after 2 years and many delays, he was able to get my case lowered to a ticket(kind of). I was arrested for a OWI-3rd in Wisconsin and am an out of state resident. I was also facing charges of Driving While Revoked and Driving Left of Center. I was looking at 45 days to a year in county jail along with losing my license for a minimum of 5 years in my home state. I talked to a few Wisconsin attorneys, and they all told me there wasn't much point in fighting my charges. So I did a lot of research on the best OWI attorneys in Wisconsin and Melowski and Associates kept showing up. After talking with Dennis Melowski, I decided to hire them and was given Sarvan Singh as my attorney. From the day Sarvan started as my attorney, he was always available to answer any questions I had. I was made aware of what could happen from day 1. The only time I had to show up to court was the initial hearing, and the hearings lasted 2 years. Sarvan appeared on my behalf every other time. He ended up getting my 2nd OWI dropped and then was able to get the Driving While Revoked and Driving Left of Center dropped. So now I was facing an OWI 2nd. I was looking at 5 days to 6 months in county jail along with the revocation of my license. The prosecuting attorney offered 45 days in county jail and a 16-month revocation of my license. Sarvan kept fighting for me. He was able to get the jail time changed to home monitoring (house arrest) with work release. I would highly recommend Sarvan as an attorney if you are arrested in any OWI case in Wisconsin. I was in a situation I didn't know how I would get through, and he made it very managable.

Sometimes in life you are thrown a curve ball and left standing there not knowing what to do with it. This recently happened to me and I was very fortunate to find Mr. Singh and once I was able to speak with him I knew I was in great hands. When I was put I hand cuffs in my drive way and told that I was being arrested for OWI.i knew that I needed a lawyer and a good one. I looked on the internet for reviews and although Shebogan is a distance from Madison I gave Melowski Associates LLC a call. Mr Melowski said that they cover cases like mine all over the state and that they would be happy to represent me. And as time went by ,my case was being handled by Mr Sarvan singh not Dennis Meloski,who had told me that he would be at court when my case date came up. It was my good luck that Mr Singh was representing me.my case was postponed a number of times and after two years we went to a jury trial of 7 jurors, one alternate. All I have to say is that when Sarvan Singh finished his defense speech to the jury,the court and the judge,I thought the jury was going to stand and give him a standing ovation.the jury deliberated just a few min and came back with a NOT GUILTY OF OPERATING A VEHICLE WHILE INTOXICATED (first offense) and NOT GUILTY OF OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A PROHIBITED ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION (FIRST OFFENSE). What more. Can I say Sarvan is the man you want to help you!!!

Sarvan was very knowlegable and aggressive in his approach to litigating my situation. He was very helpful as well addressing any questions or concerns I had about my situation. He was also extremely down to earth and genuine which also helped keep me less stressed. I was extremely pleased with the positive results of my case and would recommend him to anyone in need.

Attorney Singh is amazing! Sarvan (as I refer to him... he quickly made me comfortable by putting me on a first name basis) is realistic, yet hopeful, optimistic, smart and strategic. He knows the laws and uses them to the benefit of his clients. He is fair, honest and patient. He may not be the cheapest attorney but he's worth every penny! Some things are supposed to cost a little extra and a good attorney is one of those things. Sarvan kept me in the loop every step of the way... and there were many. My case took about 4-5 years but he got it dismissed and he gave me 100% the whole way through. That shows patience and, more importantly, dedication. Everyone can't get the results they want but you should definitely give yourself the best chance you can and hire an attorney like Sarvan.
