I was the victim of gun violence. I then got a trespassing case. Wingrove was assigned as my pd. The first thing he did upon meeting me inside of his wife's business office was hand me a piece of paper. This paper was to waive my victim rights. He didn't represent me on this case. So that's very strange a defense lawyer is asking his client to waive their rights in other situations. This prompted me to record every second of my encounter w this man, and I am thrilled I did.
