This attorney was hired to manage an estate. Instead, he did exactly what one of the children of the estate owner wanted done. The estate owner had limited education, and this attorney capitalized on it to push through a plan that was entirely to the benefit of the child. The other siblings were not informed of the plan. Fortunately, the estate owner realized this attorney was working for the child and switch estate attorneys. Unfortunately, there was irreversible damage done to the estate. I would not trust this attorney or anyone else in his practice.
