Celeste Gibson has been my tax preparer for over a decade, and she has always provided excellent service. My returns are always timely and accurate, and the followup has been excellent. Gibson's move to create an online panel has made it safe and easy to use her services during the pandemic, and it is conscientious and forward-thinking businesses like hers that are helping to propel our communities forward.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment Celeste’s office phoned me just 2 hours before my appointment and said that Celeste was not interested in working with me and that the appointment was cancelled. ?!? I was shocked. An hour later I called back and inquired if there had been some misunderstanding? This time I was told that Celeste was just too busy. It appears that Celeste dealt with her problem by making it into a problem for me instead, highly unprofessional & frustrating, this has left me in a real bind.

Beyond professional, courteous and always has the client in mind. I would recommend to anyone seeking CPA services.
