Brilliant Attorney

I got into a bit of trouble few years back. Thankfully no one was injured due to my actions. Nick from day one was very nest and straight forward. He never sugar coated anything. And as a public defender, he put so much time and energy And just personal commitment into my case to ensure everything g was done right. The entire experience was less stressful than what came before and after, and I contribute that to Nick and Nick alone. I've heard horror stories of public defenders just not giving a damn. Nick gives more than just a damn. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my boys as well. For keeping their dad out of trouble and putting me on a better path. God bless you Nick.

I met Nick while i was in mental health. It was his day off but he still fit it in his schedule to come see me. I had been going through tough times and he told me straight forward what I was facing. He told me I could get a public defender who may do the same for me In the long run but would not be as courteous to my needs and questions.. When I got home I made the best decision I ever made. To hire Nick. He not only made me feel like a friend by returning my calls on a regular basis but also checked in on me during the lengthy prosecution. I went on to triail where he was by my side at every moment. He kept me calm and gave me hope though it all...he won the case for me and I could not be more thankful.. He is an amazing person and a lawyer who really does care. Thanks again Nick

Nick was not even my public defender but came to visit me in the Waukesha jail as a friend as he is my neighbor. When I was in court my PD wasn't there and Nick asked the judge if he could represent me for the day as he knew about my case on a personal level. He is a good man and a good attorney.

I placed my trust in atty Nicholas Martinez and he exceeded my expectations. He believed in me and was confident when I was not. He explained everything easily and made sure I always understood my options. Because of his advice, hard work and wise counsel, we got an acquittal on some very serious criminal charges. The whole firm is great, working with Nick was a great experience most attorney's do not listen nor help you understand..... I understood and he spent time explaining details to all or any alternative's. Mr. Nick Martinez is a friends attorney. I will say if I or anyone ever needs counsel, please hire him. He not only is intelligent, but is the kindest, and most caring individual as a person. A competent attorney who will not BS one or take someone in the wrong direction. I admire his fortitude and knowledge. A great guy who other attorneys should admire. A real trustworthy person and one someone can count on. He goes above and beyond.

Takes the time to get to know you as a person, also takes the time to explain everything until you understand the pros and cons. He will tell you how it is but also considering your feelings. He went over and beyond in representing my son. I would highly recommend Nick.
