Tony Cotton is an exceptional attorney. He is great at litigation, case law, and reaching favorable resolutions. He's not afraid to take a case to trial either. He cares about his clients and listens to their concerns. Many of my family memebers have been represented by Tony. I fully trust in his ability to represent me and those I care about, with the same regard he would represent his own family. I highly recommend him.

What can I say about Attorney Donna Kuchler that would actually portray how wonderful she truly is? I don't know that is possible, because Donna is the best of the best and words seem inadequate. I will share a bit of my story to try and explain why Donna is the best.. I had been arrested on a Friday night for (false)allegations of child abuse. The next morning, a jailer came to get me from my cell for a phone call from my attorney. He said he had worked there many years, and never had anyone received a call from their attorney on a Saturday! He said I either had friends in high places, or I had a damn good attorney! The latter is true of Donna. I didn't know it at that moment as I was in despair, but I had one hell of an attorney! She was calling to let me know she was working on getting me out of jail and to let me know what was happening and going to be happening. Donna was not from our area, but she made the long trip and was there Monday in person for my court proceedings. She had talked with my husband prior, so he knew what to expect as well. Donna had expertise in what was happening to myself and my family. It was a horrific ordeal, but Donna knew what she was doing. We felt confident in all that she did. This wasn't an overnight fix. There were court orders to be done by us, court dates, phone calls, meetings, etc. Donna explained everything in a manner that we could understand. She was patient with me when I personally felt I was talking in circles because I was filled with such emotion on what was happening. Donna was able to get my charges dismissed as well as all the other allegations that went along with my case. Throughout my case, Donna truly showed that she cared about myself, my husband, and our children as well. Since this incident, we have heard other stories from adoptive/foster parents on false allegations of child abuse and very few had outcomes the same as mine. I believe that is because they did not have Donna as their attorney. Thank you, Donna! Thank you as well to any/all who helped on my case at Kuchler & Cotton, S.C. You saved my family and myself! The worst!!

A 30-month legal nightmare of proving my innocence and residency came to an end on May 7, 2024. It was Attorney Donna Jean Kuchler and her team who believed and fought for me during this ordeal. I remember early on when Donna said, "We intend to mount a vigorous defense." I believed in her and she believed in me. There is no one I would trust more than Donna Kuchler and her law firm. They prepared for my court trial filing numerous motions to dismiss, including those that were sent to the Court of Appeals. Together we fought the fight, ran the race, and I was found not guilty on all 7 felony charges and was fully acquitted by the judge in a court trial. I have my life back. My life is different but I am free. God bless and thank you, Attorney Donna Kuchler!

Tony and his firm handled a very complex conspiracy case which I was charged in in 2012. I was denied by other more notable firms at that time and he took my case knowing the large workload to defend me. He didn't act as if I were just a client, he treated me like a brother and we maintain a friendship to this day. His compassion, knowledge and expertise are unrivaled in his arena and I refer him and his firm to everyone I know or to whomever inquires about legal help.

As the Title states, "The Best Damn Criminal Defense Attorney In Wisconsin" Tony was referred to me by a friend, that utilized his services and had outstanding results. I caught a 5th. OWI case, my first attorney was so incompetent that he lost my cash bail, as I was in the County Jail on a probation violation and the only thing that came out of his vocal cords was "You are going to prison" I immediately terminated his services and hired another attorney from that area. The only thing this attorney did was buy me time by filing motions, but the recommendation was still prison from the A.D.A, needless to say, that was $2,5000 flushed right down the toilet, along with a worthless private PSI that I got hoodwinked into spending $2,200 on, so I terminated his services and hired Mr. Cotton and his firm. When I first met with Tony and an associate of his, I felt a sense of relief, as Tony used terminology that his predecessors did not, he told me to relax and that they are experts at being "creative" He reviewed my case and agreed to take it on, it wasn't cheap, but it was a hell of a lot less than losing a 60k a year job as a salaried manager, well worth the initial investment. Tony was able to resolve the matter in 7 months to an agreement the was amicable and agreeable to all parties involved, which his two predecessors couldn't do in a combined time of 2 1/2 years. His professionalism, creativity and communication skills are second to none. To make a long story short, I received house arrest, probation and a nominal fine and that my friends, in my book, is what is called; "Being Creative" I'm now in the comfort of my own home, going to work everyday, eating home cooked meals (It beats processed turkey in prison, that isn't fit for consumption by animal) and kicking back enjoying my 55" flat screen television, along with cable and all of the pay channels. "Riddle me this folks" Can you get that in prison? The answer is HELL TO THE NO! He is a "Super Attorney" and should be flying into a courtroom with a cape and an "S" on his shirt! Well, that's my review of Anthony Cotton, so if you get yourself into a bind, call the "Man with the plan"

My family spent 14 months working beside kuchler & Cotton law firm in regards to my son. We were beyond grateful for everything they did for our child and the relief it brought to our family.
