From the beginning of labor negotiations, it was his negotiations. He drove conversations, he drove areas discussed, etc. The union was relegated to a reactionary position during the entire process. Throughout the negotiations, he was steps ahead, having the end in mind at all times. He did a great job of keeping everyone's emotions in check. Also was awesome at advising us on what our responsibilities were, keeping us from having any Unfair Labor Practice filings. Top notch from beginning to end.
