I had the pleasure of working with Jim Walden on a complicated business acquisition. My previous attorney dropped the ball and ended up costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars. After that I hired Jim and he wrapped up the deal quickly and efficiently. He was always responsive, easy to work with, and willing to explain matters to me in some way I could understand. Very good guy I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Kurt Schuster is a great atty. contrary to the usual stereotype of attorneys being ruthless and only caring about enriching themselves, Kurt was the opposite. I saw him approximately 10 years ago when I wanted to divorce my husband, he advised me not to do so for the sake of my children who were in high school. He told me to wait until they were out of the home. This turned out to be the best decision for me and my family. When my children were out of the home I saw him again to file for divorce. He correctly picked up on my ambivalence and discouraged me. My husband and I received counseling and worked through our problems . In retrospect I am so glad I didn’t go through with divorce. Kurt is not your typical atty, his focus was not on making money for himself, he was focused on keeping my marriage and family together and he was right.
