If I could give this attorney no stars I totally would be!!!! Attorney Bagley is not neutral when is comes to her being a Guardian Ad Litem. This is because she one sided and in this case is a man. When the party she doesn’t favor asks for something or brings something to her attention it is disregarded but when the other party she favors brings up the same things she takes action if brought to her attention. When you bring up violations or things that the favored party is doing wrong she will not address it or even bring it up the the judge but will bring up things that have nothing to do with the child who’s behalf she is suppose to be speaking on. Will not report serious health violations to CPS that the favored party is doing wrong on multiple occasions with evidence showing that there was wrong-doing but she will report accusations about the un-favored party in regards to a different child that isn’t on her case or even her concern without accurate proof of the actual situation. The un-favored party had to file a motion to take the favored back to court a week after because she doesn’t address any of the concerns brought up. The second time she even read the motion that was filed stating everything that the favored party is doing wrong but doesn’t address it and turns the un-favored party into the one that’s in the wrong at court dates. You pay her a pretty penny but in the end don’t get anything out of her especially when she’s supposed to be working the the child not picking sides. There is a lot more but I think you get the picture on this attorney.

I am very disappointed in attorney Bagley. I found her to be dishonest and deceptive. Be on guard when interacting with her. Be sure to get any communication with her in writing and review her accounting very carefully.
