“Attorney Bagley is not neutral when is comes to her being a Guardian Ad Litem. This is because she one sided and in this case is a man. When the party she doesn't favor asks for something or brings something to her attention it is disregarded but when the other party she favors brings up the same things she takes action if brought to her attention.”

Fails to address concerns and advocate for the child's best interests
“When you bring up violations or things that the favored party is doing wrong she will not address it or even bring it up the the judge but will bring up things that have nothing to do with the child who's behalf she is suppose to be speaking on.”
