Attorney Lavin was hired after we were unable to get the insurance company to process and pay the injury claims, which included broken bones. After many letters and phone calls, we ultimately received a "take it or leave it" offer from the insurance company. We then contacted Molly Lavin. We are so grateful that Attorney Lavin was able to fight for us, and ultimately recover many times over their take it or leave it offer. We are not originally from this state, and frankly we were shocked at how the insurance company conducted itself on a case that involved injuries caused by someone else, especially where children were involved. Molly Lavin did an excellent job, I can't say enough good things. Her expertise in the field, coupled with her research and tenacity were very impressive. Additionally, her tenor during mediation set was strong and confident. Because of all the work she put into the case, and her ability to see the big picture, yet be cognizant of details, particularly during her deposition of the opposing 'expert witness', our case was resolved just before trial.
