I recently received a Federal subpoena, and wanted to know what my rights and responsibilities were. I was very nervous about the possibility of having to testify in Federal Court, and Attorney Andrea Farrell was incredibly professional and knowledgeable while walking me through what I was and was not obligated to do. She completely put my mind at ease - I highly recommend Andrea, and the firm.

I had a consultation with Attorney Andrea Farrell in December 2018 and she was spectacular. She spent more than an hour on the phone with me and discussed my case in detail. When I needed a lawyer again in January 2021, I remembered how great she was and consulted with her again. On both occasions, she decided that my cases were outside her area of practice, and instead recommended other attorneys who could ultimately take my case. She isn't interested in your money: she wants to get you the right results, for the right reasons. Attorney Farrell is a really decent person who just wants to do the good and proper thing, even if she doesn't personally benefit. One thing that has always stayed with me since first visiting her webpage was this sentence: "Andrea recognizes that many people step into her office as a result of one of the worst things that has ever and will ever happen to them." This could not be more apparent when speaking with her. I had consultations with other attorneys who have zero 'bedside manner' (or whatever the legal equivalent is); they were horribly blunt, insensitive, and had no empathy or compassion. Attorney Farrell is not one of those attorneys. It is obvious that she cares very much about her clients, and understanding the personal impact of your circumstances is central to her approach. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews here, which principally reflect poorly on the secretary. Remember, you don't hire the secretary: you hire the attorney. I hope I don't ever need an attorney again, but if I do, Attorney Farrell would be the first that I call. I'd recommend her to anyone without reservation.

I love this law firm! Recently, I had a complicated situation that required a lawyer. I found Attorney Andrea Farrell to be exceptionally skilled and perceptive. She explained complicated issues so that I could readily understand my options. Her legal advice was sound. Most importantly, I always got the sense that she cared about me as a person and treated my problem as her own. I would recommend this law firm unconditionally.
