This is just a personal experience I had with Mr. Nicolet, and I wanted to share. I am a waitress at Van Acre in the Hilton Garden Inn. I had the pleasure to serve he and his family, and they were so kind and generous. Very genuine and kind, leaving me a very generous tip.
