Attorney Benjamin Lutgen represented me for a speeding ticket that I had received. He was very professional and responded quickly to my questions. I had a very positive experience with this firm. Attorney Ben Lutgen helped me with a personal legal matter, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process. While I was looking for an attorney to represent me, I had very short and uninformative calls with other firms. Attorney Lutgen spent a good amount of time on our first call explaining the legal process and what they could do to help me. I knew I was in good hands after that first call. I am beyond grateful I decided to go with Kim & LaVoy for my traffic violations. Alexis Garuz managed to get my $700 in speeding tickets reduced to $350 in a high risk area and even managed to get my reckless driving ticket removed and saved my liscense from getting suspended. Attorney Alexis Garuz represented me earlier this year after I received a traffic ticket, got it voided by the police department, and then got my license suspended for not paying the traffic ticket (even though the police department had voided it.) At every step of the way, she took her time to explain her thought process and planned next steps to me.
