I am an Illinois resident that was hit with a rather hefty speeding charge in a 50 mph zone. From initial contact, I was extremely pleased. All questions were answered and the process explained thoroughly, even realistically setting expectations. I paid a one time fee, then it was hands off for me. This team negotiated to the point of going to pre-trial, in which they got my speeding charge reduced to something that is not even recognized by the state of Illinois. I hope I do not need their services again. However, should I need any further representation in WI, I know where my first call would go. THANK YOU!!

I called Kim and LaVoy after being charged with my 3rd OWI. Attorney Alexis Garuz met with me and was very knowledgeable about all things involved. She knew exactly what to do and when. She was also very flexible, meeting with me in their West Bend office. She helped me walk through the process and was there to answer any and all questions that came up. With her help I was able secure a sentence that was less than originally State recommended, and fair given the facts of my case. I spoke with an attorney at this law firm and explained my situation and the offer the offered in which I didn't except, I wanted to give up after I spoke with the attorney here!. The attorney at this firm said that offer would be the best offer I would get!. Call another attorney, he took my case and the results were 5 stars. I'm so happy I didn't take the advice from this law firm.

From initial contact to the conclusion of the case, Mr. LaVoy took us step-by-step through the entire case process and the legal system. This was extremely important for us as we were quite anxious. Anytime we had concerns, we received a prompt response from Mr. LaVoy, where he took the time to hear our concerns, answer any questions, while reassuring us that he would do his best. He demonstrated his care and diligence by constantly answering concerns through email and phone calls even if they were outside of his normal business hours.
