He came highly recommended by the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ARDC) of Milwaukee County and I turned to him as I was untangling a complicated situation regarding financial and property issues for two elderly siblings, who had a host of medical and mental health issues (my sister passed in April 2023). Attorney Brusky illuminated a path to ensure the well-being of my siblings by outlining steps for me to take that would make them eligible for the social services they would need as their needs increased. While my siblings’ assets are/were modest, they were complex for people with no experience in navigating the world of insurance, Medicaid and the assisted living industry. He guided me in completing the Medicaid and Disability Application (MADA) to make my siblings eligible for Title 19 (Medicaid) and in the creation of Wispact Trusts to preserve their financial resources. Every question I had was promptly answered with kindness and compassion and provided the clarity I needed to make decisions that would protect my brother and sister’s limited assets.
