Atty Scott Benson helped me with several things and he is reliable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Has no knowledge of 'Life Estate" law, although his supposed field is real estate. His calculations were based upon different tables than the Title company. I was informed of the situation the day of closing, and the percentages were altered. When questioned about this, he was vague and evasive after the fact.
