Tragic Situation - Incredible Results  Second marriage, I am in my 70’s, husband in 80’s. David Karp came highly recommended and the results were incredible. I filed for divorce because my husband could not understand the importance of caring for me after he passed away. So I decided I may as well divorce sooner so I could still put together a life for myself. We were of very different means. David understood that I did not hate my husband so he suggested a “90 day pause” to see if we could work this out. He recommended a Financial Planner to work with me on this issue (what happens when husband is gone). We were able to determine what was needed. David encouraged me to stand up for myself as I had to negotiate with my husband during the ‘90 day pause’, not David. Doing this made me a stronger person for the rest of my life. David will answer every email, meet whenever you need and do whatever you ask. He believes in the “Sanctity of Marriage” and he could see that we could possibly save our marriage and we did. David Karp is the attorney you want on your side.

This law firm was very responsive to my needs and moved quickly and aggressively while giving me a multitude of options on how we could solve the issue at hand both in the short abs long term . Best attorney services I have ever experienced!

After considerable time thinking this over, I would like to change my review of this law firm, specifically Anna Rinehart. My divorce was finalized in July and I am still in this bitter fight with my ex spouse over the home. In exchange for a reduced maintenance period, I agreed to pay all our marital debt and allow my overtime to be used as income and my ex stays in the home since I moved out 2 yrs prior. I don't know Wisconsin marital law, but I trusted my counsel. My ex was ordered to pay as long as he is there, but he hasn't, which was going to ruin my efforts at building my credit, so I paid ...while he is there. All I know is this is still a fight that shouldn't be happening. On top of that, his lawyer did such a good job that my lawyer's law firm hired his lawyer which leaves me with such an untrust of lawyers. I couldn't afford the counsel then and I sure as heck can't afford additional counsel to continue this battle with my ex. I feel stuck.

I would highly recommend attorney David Iancu, he was incredibly helpful during our mediated divorce. His insight, expertise and knowledge made a difficult situation go as smooth as possible. I was very impressed with how prompt he was when ever I had questions or concerns.

I have used Karp & Iancu several times not only for my divorce but also for issues that arise afterwards.
