David Iancu deserves a 10 star rating! I hired David because he was voted as being the best divorce attorney and I needed the best for a complicated situation involving my business. He was easily available, compassionate during a very difficult and stressful time, extremely knowledgeable and hard working. David Iancu is an attentive, thorough, and diligent professional. He is well suited for family law being both tenacious and, also, compassionate.

David Iancu has not represented me in any legal case. But if you are thinking about choosing him to represent you be confident in this choice. David is a highly trained and experienced lawyer. It would be hard to find a more moral and ethical person than David. He will fight hard for you. He will communicate honestly and clearly with you. David defies the ugly stereotypes of attorneys but doesn't mind a good lawyer joke now and then.

Since 2013 I have struggled to find an attorney/law firm that was willing to stand up for my family's best interests. After numerous attorney's and an unbelievable amount of money, I found Karp & Iancu. They not only resolved the issues in a thorough manner, but did so expeditiously. I only wish I would have found them years ago. They are, by far, the best attorney's in the entire Milwaukee metro area, with respect to family law. David Karp and all the staff are great to work with and true professionals. David was very knowledgeable and helped put me at ease during very stressful times, both during my case and after. I had an extremely messy divorce. Without going into too much detail it included a child custody dispute and a respondent that was volatile, went through 3 attorneys and a pro se period, and is a small business owner that refused to comply with discovery or any other orders from the judge. Throughout my divorce David was very responsive, often calling or emailing me on nights or weekends. He helped me to focus on what mattered and forget what did not. He was sensitive to the cost of the case and did not waste time where it wasn’t necessary. David was extremely knowledgeable of the process and the law, as we had to consider many strategies and legal options given the complexity of the case. He fought hard for the best interest of my children. In the end, after almost 2 years, we finally got to a point a mediation and were able to avoid a trial. David worked well into the night to get me a settlement that was financially reasonable and best for the well being of my children. Its difficult to summarize how hard this case was and how much David fought for my family over those 2 years. I strongly recommend hiring him!

I reached out to Dave Iancu as a referral (from another pleased client who was going through a custody battle) when I got into a car accident a couple of years ago and despite him dealing more with different cases, he took it on. It wasn’t a big case, I had a ton of questions, and probably sent more emails than I should have. I got expedient and thorough answers, and most of the time were answered within (maximum) of an hour even if it was at 10 PM. Following the case, I’ve emailed Dave for a variety of reasons and questions or referrals I needed as someone new to the Milwaukee area. When my husband got into a car accident I reached out. I didn’t need a lawyer but just had a couple questions. He answered them just as thoroughly without hesitation (more than our family lawyer did) and that is extremely priceless. If I ever need to seek legal counsel within that realm again I have no reason to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.
