I completely felt that way the whole time Lindsey was handling my case. Every time we spoke, emailed, or had general discussions I always felt confident she had mine and my children's best interests in mind. Lindsey's recommendation of the guardian ad litem we used proved to be the best advice/decision she could have gave me. I cannot say enough positive things about Attorney Karp. My divorce was messy and complicated, however, David protected my and my children's interests throughout the entire process. I hired Attorney Iancu to handle my divorce; great decision! My divorce was not overly complicated nor lengthy but David never minimized the trauma of the experience. He was sensitive & compassionate through that tough road. He educated me along the way of what to expect, what I was entitled to, as well as what his experiences were on how a court would rule given the circumstances. I believe based on David’s experience and his ability to so effectively work with “the other side,” we were able to avoid trail, thus saving me significant heartache & money. For some a divorce filing news may be sad, for others may be happy. David's response time was amazing, and no extra charges for weekend or after hours calls was a bonus.
