I worked with Bryan Kroes on our real estate closing, forming LLC's in Wisconsin, wills and more. His extensive experience working construction before law school, his history and breadth of experience in real estate transactions and law set him apart. Having worked with many lawyers, in many fields, in many states, Bryan is by far my favorite. He is timely, thorough, well priced and gives excellent advice and service. If you are establishing a new business or working through a real estate deal, Bryan is the best lawyer to have on your side.

Bryan Kroes was incredible, and we highly recommend him. He helped us with a personal issue when our previous landlord tried to wrongfully withhold money from our security deposit. We had no clue where to start with disputing the claims, but Bryan walked us through every step of the way. In less than a week of initially talking with Bryan, we got our full security deposit returned from the landlord. Bryan coached us in crafting a persuasive letter to our landlord to start the dispute. When that was not enough to motivate the landlord, Bryan called him personally, which ultimately persuaded him to return what was rightfully ours. Bryan was knowledgable, professional, and timely with all responses. We are so grateful for his expertise and skillful approach to our situation!

I hired Bryan a year ago as my attorney to help me with a copyright issue involving a former band mate. The ex band mate and their attorney used a lot of scare tactics early on to get me to comply with their demands. Bryan was able to explain to me my rights in the case and to get their attorney to cease their overzealous actions. I thought it was very cool to find out that Bryan is a musician himself. This really gave me the feeling like I could directly relate to him as another musician and not just someone who is representing me in legal affairs. Bryan took a lot of personal interest in my case and really made me feel like he was concerned for my well being and to make sure I was more than just a client. I was more than impressed with Bryan's knowledge of music law and it really helped me out in my case, which was evident when applying it to confirm what I was entitled to. The opposing attorney couldn't match up with Bryan's vast understanding in the field of music law, and he was able to successfully apply the law to show them their claims and demands were not legally applicable. I seriously can not put into words how grateful I am to Bryan for defending me and caring so much about me and my case. Without his help, I know my situation would not have turned out as favorably. I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal console in the field of music. With his knowledge, experience, and care, you will be in great hands.

I always have a lot of questions, and I feel like Bryan has no problem answering my questions while also taking care of business. Letters and contracts that we have had to write up are the business, but if I want to know why we are doing something... no problem. I am learning new things I need to be doing thanks to working with Bryan.

I would recommend Bryan Kroes to any in the entertainment field. I am currently working on a reproduction idea and Bryan has been very forthright and diligent in his research in my project. There are a a lot of unknowns in the the music business. Bryan is a great resource for answers and solutions. Ive used Bryan Kroes twice now. Once for my business to fix a problem with someone trying to pretend to be my business on the internet. With a couple of letters Bryan got them to make the necessary changes to their website to actually say who they are!. Most recently Bryan helped me with a small claims court case. I had 0 knowledge of the process. Bryan walked me though each step, helping me fill out and file the necessary forms. Helping me win my case easily.
