I did research in the Milwaukee area for an estate planning attorney and was impressed with Gifford Collins’ background. Besides legal expertise and estate planning, GIff had life experiences to bring to the table that I felt would further enable him to have a broader understanding of our situation and overall needs. We needed to have an older trust reviewed and restated considering family changes and recent revisions in estate planning laws. We also wanted to ensure proper protection of assets for family members. He and Deanne Robison, as associate attorney at the firm, were very patient with my elderly mother, offering simplified explanations and at the same time working around our personal needs & timelines.
