I had a case come up early this year where my wife decided to move from our home in here in WV up to Wisconsin, and then began divorce proceedings against me up there. Very stressful 6 months for me, but once I connected with Rebecca she helped me manage the whole process, kept me well informed, and kept my stress level to a minimum. I have worked with quite a few attorneys over the years, and I am not exaggerating when I say that in terms of work ethic, responsiveness, and attitude, Rebecca is absolutely the best of all of them! She almost makes me want to move to Wisconsin, just in case I have more legal issues that require an attorney. Well... emphasis on "almost". :) In all seriousness, I have never, ever seen an attorney that quick to respond to emails, voicemails, questions, etc... she really made me feel like my case was a priority to her, and her counsel was worth every dollar I paid. I needed to move out of state for work and hired Rebecca following a consultation with her where she assured me we had a very good case for custody modification. The timeline was short, so Rebecca had us do most of the legwork gathering third party professional testimony on behalf of our children. During the initial hearing, Rebecca recommended a GAL appointment so the judge could “rubber stamp” that recommendation. Besides offending the judge, you better pray you’re appointed a reasonable GAL. I was unprepared for the meeting with the GAL, as I had been unable to get in touch with Rebecca ad decisions were being made. As the trial approached, she went on vacation. I was called to the stand stand and cross examined by my ex husbands attorney (who was ok re litigating my divorce) without a single objection by Rebecca. Meanwhile, CPS records were ruled heresy, and witnesses to abuse were discounted again without objection from Rebecca. I lost my case and when the Bill came for a single day in court Rebecca was surprised as she stated she had assumed my parents were paying the Bill. Please do not fall for the slick sales job. She cost my children a year of unnecessary abuse.

My husband and I hired Rebecca Millenbach to represent us in a rather unpleasant child custody case with my husband’s ex-wife concerning custody of both their boys. My husband and I had to relocate to Surprise, Arizona due to a better job opportunity for myself and my husband injured lower back. Let’s face it nobody wants to revisit a child custody case, especially one when one parent had to move out of the state of Wisconsin. It was a very stressful two year process, and we are so very thankful for Rebecca! There were many trips back and forth from Arizona to Wisconsin. Rebecca made our trips easier by keeping us well informed, calmed us down throughout the whole process, she was always honest, and straight with her answers, I liked that about her! There were many changes to the child custody case that Rebecca had to modify within those two years as well, remember this case wasn’t the easiest one. We had to have a Guardian at Liam appointed, needed a Psychologist review, went to trial. Then more changes to the child custody case the oldest son wanted to stay in Wisconsin with the mom, and the younger son wanted to live with us in AZ, which made the case more difficult, on top of the additional stress from the ex to continue try dragging the case on. Kids are rarely split up! But Rebecca worked diligently on every single bit of evidence, both ours and theirs. Rebecca worked hard to make sure she did all her research to ensure we had the best representation for our very involved case. Rebecca took every angle and was clearly one step ahead of the other attorney’s. Needless to say it was the best decision in the world to hire her! She won our case hands down! We received custody of our younger son. We were so very happy with her and how hard she worked for us. Rebecca is very easy to communicate with on all levels. Rebecca has a drive/compassion to do what is best for her clients. I highly recommend you to hire her today if you need a good lawyer on your side! You will not regret it! She is the BEST! And we owe everything to her.

During a very stressful time, Rebecca took the time to explain things to me and helped me look at the pros and cons of each decision we needed to make for the divorce. She was willing to fight when necessary but yet had great people skills, was professional and had a great work ethic. She emailed me back on weekends and even when she was on vacation. I hired Rebecca for my divorce/custody and other domestic matters. She was always real with me and went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. She fought a very hard, emotional battle for both myself and my daughter. I will be ever so grateful for everything she did for us.

Did nothing to advise me. Poor communication, did not read or respond to emails frequently (but billed for them). Did not listen to me or work towards what I wanted. Left on vacation without informing me. I received more "advice" from her assistant. When you call the firm your call is screened and she (and her assistant) are always "on another call" and not available to speak to you. I regret hiring this attorney and feel that all she cared about was billing, billing, billing--she basically stole thousands of dollars from me for no legal advise or help. BEWARE--NOT RECOMMENDED

Divorce is never pleasant, but Rebecca made the entire process as painless as possible. She was avaialbe for every question or concern, and suggested options that I had not considered. I highly recommend using her services.
