When I was doing my search to find a lawyer that would represent me I was looking for certain criteria such as straightforwardness, ability to work on a very complicated case, ability to successfully negotiate, ability to listen, ability to give sufficient time to my case, and most importantly, someone who would help me achieve my main goals. When other attorneys that I had contacted heard about my complicated case, they gave me Attorney Millenbach’s name and assured me that she was someone who really cares and fights for their client. It is not every day that one attorney recommends another attorney instead of taking the case themselves. I chose very wisely when I chose Attorney Millenbach to represent me. She not only meets all of the criteria I have listed, but I have found a caring and compassionate friend who listens. Especially when someone is going through a messy divorce with children involved, it is very important to find someone who can relate as a mother to the cases she fights and thinks about the best interest of the child. My divorce finalized about 6 months ago and I still get emails from her asking how my daughter is doing. This small gesture of kindness is very much appreciated and sums up what Attorney Millenbach is all about. Her intelligence, her kindness and sincerity with her tenacity make her one hell of a lawyer that I would recommend to anyone.  I also would like to mention one more thing, the office staff of Nelson & Davis, LLC is very responsive and caring as well—especially Becky Eggleston, Legal Assistant to Attorney Millenbach. She made the most trying time of my life a little better by cheering me up with her kind words and encouragement.
