Atty Joseph Reback is one of the most kindest and understanding lawyers we've (Mother & I) have ever worked with. Due to a shattered hip, my Mother was in and out of physical rehab and the hospital during our time with Atty Reback. He was more than willing to meet us at either our home, hospital or rehab locations. He was very compassionate regarding our situation - both he and his administrative assistant, Carrie, were awesome in helping us emotionally and physically through the whole ordeal. Whenever we had a concern or question, we never felt like we were bothering him. He was always willing to talk with us. He was also very thorough explaining all the paper work that was involved and each step of the process. He definitely went out of his way to make an emotionally hard situation easier for both my Mother and me. When he found out that I was very uneasy driving in downtown Milwaukee, he took the time to pick me up, drive me to the courthouse and back again. I was very impressed that he didn't hesitate to offer to bring me downtown with him so I wouldn't have to drive; not to mention I was very relieved. I would definitely recommend Atty Reback and wouldn't think twice about using his services again.
