Still waiting for proof. I received a letter on January 16th, 2024 on behalf of a client they represented claiming to be in “receipt” of specific accusations and demanding change or certain threats would be pursued upon me. Without having any proof or exact idea of what they were referring to, there was no response from me. No evidence was shown to what existed and needed to addressed in the 2 week time frame I was given. Just a “nasty gram” as one of my two attorneys referred to it as. My civil attorney sent a certified letter to this office addressed to Attorney Keepman weeks after. He also followed up with phone calls and emails to get the proof of “receipts” as stated in the letter of the alleged “multiple….”things claimed by Keepman’s client. We HAVE NOT YET received proof. My assumption is because there isn’t any. Attorney Keepman has produced nothing and it has been weeks of waiting. If you are a trail runner who has been taunted and bothered by another trail runner by involving yourself in their personal life, then cry “victim” when the other (me) speaks out this attorney may assist you too. Here to accept a retainer to further bother another runner who has repeatedly and publicly asked your client to “STOP”. She won’t stop. I have had no contact with her. Yet she has continued to reach out to me, even showing up at a hosted party she was formally UNIVITED to. I have a pile of proof. She has now found a different avenue to taunt me hiring Keepman to send me a letter. I’m here to only assume Keepman did not ask his client to produce any such multiple things she was a victim to before agreeing to represent her. I on the other hand have a pile of proof my attorney asked for before he even agreed to speaking with me, let alone representing me. All showing I’m the victim and this letter is completely false. So, if you’d like a letter sent, without merit or proof that you are a victim, just the mere act of sending a threatening “she said” letter, this law firm may do that for you. If in the event we obtain proof as stated in the above to prove I had indeed done the things accused of and existed in the timeframe the letter was sent to me, I’ll take this review down. I don’t know how many times we have to ask for something you claim to have but yet will not produce. It’s another form of what I refer to as “bullying” and another example of what I have been dealing with since March of 2023. A letter was sent to me, yet here I am waiting for another one to back it up. It’s reckless and has costly effects to just believe people. If sending threatening letters, what exactly you asked of should have been included as well. There was nothing. I do not consider Attorney Keepman an honorable man. From my experience he will represent anyone with only a “poor me” story. It’s unprofessional without considering what the response may or could be before taking on a client. This is specifically my experience only as I’m allowed to share as a Google review.

Awesome experience doing an "unpleasant" chore, our will & trust. Attorney Denaher explained every step in our initial meeting, and went over it again when we came in to sign the paperwork. He thoroughly went through each and every document and let know the steps we need to take on our part. Don't hesitate to do this, better to handle before you need it!
