My opinion is he's not a very good attorney I had a simple case it was a restraining order we went in the court and you didn't know how to handle it and you certainly didn't get up there and fight for me like you should have you had most of the evidence there but you didn't present any of it don't call back like you're saying you're going to you don't send mail like you said you're going to your office is very dysfunctional yeah I see your other reviews here with women and kids well that's a no-brainer of course the judge is going give judgment I'm really not happy how you handle my case and your lack of responsibility of being a good attorney in responding back to your clients there's no excuse for it you wanted your money up front and you got it so if anybody's out there looking for an attorney I wouldn't hire this guy because he'll do very little I had my way about I want to give you any Star because you certainly don't deserve it I've been more impatient with you but you failed to respond so this is how I'm going to respond if you can't deal with that kind of case I don't see how you can handle any kind of case I don't even think you can handle a parking ticket you are very poor attorney I highly recommend everybody look somewhere else have a good day Paul

Great Family Law Lawyer. Very affordable compared to others. Gets the job done!

If there were a negative side to this scale that's what I would do. He never calls me back or emails or texts me. If he does answer my call it's to tell me he will call me back in 30 mins or less and still does not. I do not feel as though he is making me or my daughter or my divorce a priority. I am today looking for a different attorney who will.

I contacted Paul Polacek early March 2017 about my family case which my ex-wife was trying to move jurisdiction from California to Wisconsin just to make things hard on me and take our 9yr old son away. I was shocked, very frustrated and stressed until I called Paul he listened to my story extensively then with no hesitation he said " I will do everything I can to bring your son back and I take this case as my personal matter/fight." I retained Paul Polacek to represent me in an accident case. He was slow to respond to any corresponance. He let the statutes of limitations (3years) run out on my case. I retained another attorney who said I should sue for malpractice , which I did. The court has ruled a summary judgement in my favor. I am awaiting jury trial for determination of damages. Unfortunately Paul Polacek does not carry malpractice insurance.
