I am the vice president of a condominium board. It had become necessary to amend a contract regarding property easements. I hired Attorney Hewett on behalf of the board to review the contract language to ensure that the condo association and board would not be adversely affected by the very detailed and legalistic document. Attorney Hewett reviewed the proposed contractual language on a timely basis; communicated his opinion orally and in writing recommending minor revisions to the contractual language to ensure the board was being fairly treated under the language. His recommendations actually improved the document for both parties and we were most appreciative of his prompt and thorough response.
