Greg helped me through my whole divorce process and answered all of my questions. He worked with me through all of it until the end and made the process less stressful which I couldn’t thank him enough for. The fact that he’s personable made it a more comfortable environment. He was very informative and explained all of the documentation in a way I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a family lawyer.

My ex boyfriend who had lived with me for 10 years wanted half of everything I had after he had already agreed on and cashed the $20,000 cashier check that I had given him for half of the home improvements he helped with. Attorney Jerabek was absolutely wonderful!! Very honest and personable. Spoke to me as if he were a long time friend of mine. He told me exactly what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to here. I went to see Mr Jerabek for a bankruptcy consultation because I had filed for Social Security Disability and since I was unable to work I had many bills that were over due. I was really dreading this appointment! Greg Jerabek immediately put me at ease, he was very friendly, compassionate and non-judgemental and explained the whole bankruptcy process in a way that I completely understood. I hired him that day and throughout the process he was always available to answer any questions that I had, sometimes more than once! I thought that I would have to file right away, but he advised me to wait until I had medical insurance, so I wouldn't have horrible medical bills in the event I needed to be hospitalized after I filed for bankruptcy but before I was deemed disabled. Good idea! I was finally able to complete my bankruptcy with no problem, and with no medical bills hanging over my head. Two years after wards my health had deteriorated to the point that I could not keep my hobby farm. I sold it, paid the mortgage and I had enough money left over to purchase a little home near my family, so I have the support that I need. I believe I was able to do that because of the excellent advice and guidance provided by Greg Jerabek. I have recommended him to many friends and they all have been happy with his knowledge of the law, and his very friendly manner.
