I was rear ended in an accident by a vehicle that had no valid insurance and Mr. Bergman came highly recommended by a friend who was a prior client. This was not my first rodeo being in a motor vehicle accident my first experience being injured and represented. Mr. Bergman and his team were so helpful in explaining my rights, referring me to great doctors, and answering any questions I had along the way during my case. Thanks to the great medical team that was recommend by Mr. B I was lucky to fully recover from my injuries and get a great settlement from the insurance company at the end of my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Bergman and his network to anyone who has been in an accident and injured, they are all wonderful.

I was in a horrible accident where I was hit and run by a racer on the 270 MD and I suffered the most life changing injuries. I was recommend to Scott because he has represented my family members and immediately he referred me to the best network of doctors that he works with to take care of me. I ended up having surgery to fix my right knee and if it wasn’t for Mr. Bergman and the doctors advocating for my care and case, I wouldn’t have received the settlement I got. Allstate was putting up a HUGE fight not wanting to settle my case without reviewing all my documents even though I had a case worth greater than the limits of their policy. Mr. Bergman put Allstate in their place and got every penny available that was on the table. The money that I have gained from this experience is blood money and doesn’t begin to cover the pain and suffering that my family and I have suffered but it does help reset for lost time. I want to also share a story about my best friend that died a year and half prior to my accident, who got t-boned, said he was fine, and then the following day died because he had a hemorrhage in his brain. Please, whoever is reading this, if you have been in even the smallest of accidents, GET CHECKED OUT BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, you never know. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman and his team, they fight for EVERYTHING!

I got t-boned one morning on my way to work when someone didn’t stop at a stop sign and I found myself being a victim of a car accident for the second time, my first experience I took no action, and I do regret that. I was not sure what to do but Mr. Bergman educated me on everything when it came to the claims process and healing after being injured in a car accident. I found Mr. Bergman on Avvo as I have found many attorneys using that platform and I couldn’t stop reading his marvelous reviews. His team was great of taking action on my case, being proactive in the entire process and communicated with me every step of the way. What to say about Tanya Helfand, Esq.?? Well, to start, by nature I am an exceedingly critical and pessimistic person who is able to filter out BS or anyone attempting to play me. So…with that being said, in Tanya you won’t get anything but Grade A++ service, no nonsense and, most importantly, a NO BS attorney who also cuts through any BS from the opposition. She represented me in a divorce action with the opposition being a large firm whose operating standard seemed be “we guarantee incompetence along with procrastination”. Yet, Tanya was always driving and pushing on my behalf. She is small in stature but don’t be fooled - with her you are getting a pit bull terrier in lawyer form. While I may sound like a public relations rep hired by her, I’m absolutely NOT - I’m just a fully satisfied customer who appreciated her top shelf service, her dedication to her profession and my needs.
Can she be brusque?? Yep…but only necessarily so in order to cut through the crap and keep you on track while keeping your fees down rather than let you blather on and run costs up with extraneous questions or emails.
Look, if you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, make empty promises and blow smoke up your butt - look elsewhere. But if you want an attorney who will fight tooth & nail for you, always looking out for your best interests while also telling you like it is, Tanya Helfand is the best choice in an attorney…. anywhere.

I was blessed enough to have this firm covering my back for the past few years, and hopefully into the future. All praise be to God.
These were the hardest years of my life. I was being harmed by my employer, their leadership, their insurance and by medical staff. It was a very stressful time for me and my family. When I eventually decided it was time to get a legal professional, I entered a whole new world of stress. We had many questions. Who deals with these issues? Who do I spend my health and time talking with? Who has experience? Who can I trust? Attorneys request a lot of money, sure, but you have to make these decisions: Will I be able to get results on my own? Do I have the health or intelligence to do it on my own? Where do I learn procedure, rights and more? Do I have the capacity to understand all of these rules? The time to do so?
Even after speaking with a few attorneys I had hope for, I got the feeling they weren't the best for me for various reasons. And that is when I was eventually referred to this firm and attorney Ibrahim by a family member.
It was still a risk at that point, but I decided to go with him. I learned many things after a few years with Ibrahim. First, and most important, (without going into too much detail) I got the resolution I needed from my case. Ibrahim has good communication and you can expect answers when things are urgent. He will fight for you and make sure your needs are taken care of. He will listen to complaints and handle them. He will take time to explain things to you. He will be honest.
The legal system is a mess, and it won't be pretty and it's not designed to completely compensate victims. It will take a long time. You will be abused. You will sacrifice. You will cry. But succeeding and getting compensated for your rights, without losing too much in the process, is all that matters. And I pray for both my family members who referred me to Ibrahim and for Ibrahim himself almost everyday. What more can you ask for?

If you are looking for a title company that cares about customer service, then True Title is the right company. Top notch all the way around. I had a horrible experience with my lender and Keli was always there to help me and to answer any questions that my lender would not answer. She would do her best to get the answers to my questions. She responded so quickly to my emails, when my lender just left me hanging. She was my saving grace. As an agent, I really appreciated the time that Eric took with our closing. He was very thorough and explained the paperwork to us…he did not just push the papers to get it done like I see at other title companies. It is very clear that this company truly cares about their work and their reputation. It’s not about quantity, but the quality of service. I contacted Mr. Wolf due to the issues I was experiencing while dealing with the workers compensation insurance company in charge of my work place injury. After speaking with Mr. Wolf I knew I would be in good hands! Mr. Wolf made sure that my medical treatments continued to be paid and that I would continue to receive the weekly pay check due to me. He discovered I was being paid an incorrect amount and had the insurance company correct this. Mr Wolf prevented the insurance company from wrongfully removing me from medical coverage.

Kampf, Schiavone & Associates are the best attorneys ever! Although my cases were difficult & complicated with multiple work injuries, Schiavone, Kampf & Associates never gave up on my cases with both, Workmen’s Comp, and my Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund case, also known as SIBTF. I started with Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates a few years back, & they were finally able to get the State Workmen’s Compensation Board & State (my employer) to come to a final agreement & we settled with a fairly good outcome for me, and I was very happy with that Permanent & Stationary settlement. It’s very difficult trying to settle any type of a case with the state of California, but my attorney’s at Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did just that for me., and they did it extremely well. They also found me great doctors to provide the lifetime medical care I needed, and where I live, that’s not an easy thing to do.
Immediately after my case was settled with Workmen’s Compensation, my attorneys advised me that I might qualify for the State SIBTF award. And my attorneys began the process of setting me up with the required various Medical evaluations, which didn’t take very long at all. I think the whole process of all the evaluation took about perhaps less than a year maybe, and then my attorneys set up with the State of CA SIBTF for SIBTF court hearings, which I did not have to go to at all. My attorney took care of everything For me.
Bottom line, my attorneys won me 100% with approximately 7.5-8 years of backpay, Plus a substantial monthly amount of income for the remainder of my life-span.
