Attorney Van Iderstine was absolutely wonderful! She was so quick and efficient with everything. If insurance was taking too long to approve a treatment she was immediately on it. On 4/29/2022 I was injured on my job thru no fault of my own as I was leaving to go outside both doors opened when I started to walk out the rubber mat peeled back from the right door and as I was exiting to leave my right foot got caught which caused me to fall forward hitting my shoulder. 30 minutes later I checked into the emergency room getting ex rays as time would have it I requested a mri I told that I have 3 back muscles and 1 bicep muscle torn needless to say my job had me see a orthopedic surgeon who looked at my mri his reply to was if he did the surgery he would do more harm than good, at the time I contacted attorney Lauren Van Iderstine who sent me to Dr. Barry Saperia who told what he could do and he explain in detail about my injury thankfully the surgery went well all back muscles were connect and my bicep muscle was not. I"m very great full that I had Lauren as my attorney she always replied to me when I had questions and as a veteran I new she had my back.

Attorney Howe is a thorough attorney; asking relevant questions and ensuring that I understood the legal process. Never had to deal with a situation like this so was a bit scared on how to handle it. 30 years in a All-Risk FD, high call volume, crime ridden city, you take a beating. Through the years I had used several “quality” WC attorneys, never felt represented fully, just passed along, the minimums. One could imagine my concerns with multiple career ending, complex injuries/disabilities that required significant investment in time, intelligence, gaining my trust, assuring that in the end it will all work out.
Brittany was referred to me, gained my trust with her candid, calming, straight ahead conversations. Always there whenever I needed reassurance, that alone was something I never had with any other attorney.

Then sedwig treated me so so badley I couldn’t continue on my own.they handled rep for me and settled the case on my behalf. I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.

After refinancing a property, The title company messed up in
recording of our quitclaim deeds. It seemed that something was wrong. We informed the tittle company. It took a while, going back and fort, the tillite company claimed that it was fixed.
By now we lost the trust in accuracy of the deeds. We needed an expert to review the documents.

At the recommendation of family, I hired a local social security disability Lawyer from Ft. Smith, AR in March 2022. After months of me going to Doctors appointments, filling out forms, obtaining medical records, etc. I received a letter from him in August of 2023 saying he had closed his business!
