In May of 2017 I tore a tendon in my shoulder and was unable to get medical attention for a month, I contacted Jay Trucks, he got things going in the right direction, surgery was uneventful so I hired him after loosing a job I loved due to restrictions. They know the Law and did everything to stand up for me in my Workers Comp claim and Social Security Disability cases.
Excellent support staff from top to bottom, Deligent, Honest and Overall excellent communication with all Staff.
When the Adjuster fought us on specific things like not Authorizing more Physical Therapy for my Workers comp claim they Immediatly submitted a request for a hearing on the matter to the Industrial Commision of Arizona and was approved and resolved in my favor without a hearing.
They will stand up for your rights in all and any circumstances and truly are sensitive to your needs and fight for a positive outcome for you.
As unfortunate for me having to go thru my claims due to my work related industrial Injury, they kept me on track in a very positive way and I was able to get the Surgeries needed and on my way to being a lot better Phsically with Matt Fendon Law Group fighting for me All the Way.

I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. As a law enforcement officer, you meet all kinds of lawyers/ attorneys during court proceedings. I found myself, on the other side of the fence in 2022. I needed to be represented, due to being involved in two vehicle accidents and I had to have neck surgery. The way they treated me was more than I could have EVER imagined.
More importantly, two employees at the firm in particular; I have to give them their flowers … Mellissa Barfield and Monika Baez. These ladies were extremely professional. They offered answers to questions that I didn’t know to ask. They were always available to answer my questions, listen to my concerns, worries, fears, doubts and they walked me through whatever process I was going through. They responded to texts and phone calls at night and on the weekends.
Kenneth, Melissa and Monika worked hard to ensure that I was compensated well. There wasn’t a huge percentage taken away from me, like most firms do; which leave the client with da small amount. It was a pleasure working with such a personable law firm.

I am a retired police officer, who sustained a serious life changing injury while on duty. After the injury, I tried to go through the workers compensation process on my own. I originally hired the hack lawyers Beach Cities Legal. After six months of my claim being denied and complete lack of care I fired them and hired Mr Rott. Quickly my claim was accepted and I got the medical attention I needed.
I had Mr Rotts cell phone number and he always answered my calls. He attended most of my Dr appointments and was very active in my care.
I never saw the inside of a courtroom.
He brought me from being denied to a $2.5 million settlement.
I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

I was injured because of the negligence of the company I worked for. And since there are laws protecting the employer and not necessarily the employee, Jonathan never sugar coated anything, he gave it to me blatant and honest, and I appreciated that!! The company I worked for was not forthright, they did not return phone calls, and they drug this thing out a lot longer than need be. But Jonathan never gave up, he always returned my phone calls, and he made me feel like I mattered! He was so up front during my consultation, I ended up getting the exact amount he said my case was worth. If I could give Jonathan more than 5 stars I would.
