Over 1 year ago I severely injured my back at work which resulted in 2 emergency surgeries, shortly after I was admitted to the hospital I was informed that my employer had flat out denied my claim for workers compensation after telling me to my fae that they would take care of me.
I was staring down the barrel of over $400,000 in medical bills as I did not have insurance at the time of the accident, as well as no job to return to, I was scared as to what was going to happen to me next.
I found Greg online and his team worked tirelessly for over 1 year fighting on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. My employer fought, and used dirty tactics at every turn to deny me benefits, including having me followed and spied on by a private investigator (I had already had surgery at this point and was recovering) but that did not deter Greg and his team one bit. In fact every time they turned it up, Greg went in even more determined.
I could not be more appreciative for all of the hard work and pure dedication that was put into my case by Greg and his team, at no point did I ever think Greg was in this for the money, or anything other than he felt I was wronged and wanted to help me. He genuinely cared about my well being and the incredible financial stress this put me under, he was compassionate, diligent, and very patient throughout the entire process answering countless questions and never once making me feel like a burden.
1 year and two months later I have finally resolved my case and have received the financial help I was fighting for, including having my medical bills paid. This would have ruined me financially and sent my life into a much different direction. Because of Greg and his team I am no longer losing sleep and wondering what I'm going to do to survive.
I just cannot say enough good about this man and his team, if you are going through this and feel like there is nobody to help you, Greg and his team are the right answer. They actually care, and will 100% do what it takes to help you.

When I first contacted you, I didn’t know what to expect. Surly my expectations were low due to my experience elsewhere. The other lager firm left me in a pile of papers to be forgotten and dismissed. I was obviously not a priority as they wouldn’t even answer my questions or help me over the phone. They just said they would take my case and then ignored me giving me the runaround. I couldn’t even speak to any lawyers. I was always held up with their receptionist only to leave a message. No one would ever call me back. I was getting absolutely nowhere. I wasn’t getting any medical attention for my injuries and felt dismissed and hopeless in my situation. So hopeless that I began surcharging for someone who hopefully could help me. I’m so glad i found you! I wish I had found you sooner. I just want to thank you for everything you have done for me. You definitely went above and beyond for me even though I only had a broken toe claim. You’re an exception to the Shystie lawyer stereotype. This was most definitely a teachable moment for me. What can I say about work comp? It is a very difficult and frustrating journey to navigate . With Gregg's wonderful help, I was able to stand up to the large insurance company.
He walked me through so many closed doors that I could have never entered on my own. Gregg was sharp, persistent, and knowledgeable. He explained the many options I had to work through and settle my case.

This attorney was recommended to me by another attorney who had a full case load and couldn’t handle my case. I had already went through 2 other attorneys that had done absolutely nothing on my case. I found Janell online about 2 years ago. When I made my first call, she was so helpful in explaining things to me, and how it works for a work comp. Issue. She informed me I didn't need her service at the time but to keep in touch. Thru the first year she would give me helpful advice. When I called her about a year ago, she replied, now you need me. I went into my bankruptcy without knowing what to expect but as soon as I talked to Bruce my mind was at ease. He explained everything to me and let me know what the outcome could be (good and bad). I found Bruce by looking at reviews as you are now. I didn’t know what to expect I had hired a attorney for child custody twice before but when asked about bankruptcy he said he didn’t work in that field. I had a list of recommendations and lost it and had to start looking one by reading reviews just like you are. I was scarred and nervous when I went to meet Bruce I was about to give a man I didn’t know all my private financial problems. One thing I worried about was, is Bruce just another attorney who’s going to rack up the hours and send me bills in the long haul? No! No he’s not!!!
Bruce showed compassion the first time I met him and explained everything in detail and answered everything I could think of asking. Well we filled went through the process and Bruce kept me informed of everything going on and all the possible outcomes. He tells you the TRUTH not just what you want to hear! Needless to say we had a issue come up and I began to worry all I could see were dollar signs adding up! After all I filled bankruptcy I was I am broke what am I going to do? Well Bruce explained things and how they worked in detail and we got back to it! At the end I had very good outcome! That’s out come comes from Bruce always being prepared and making sure you’re prepared as well! He pays attention to detail and in return helps you understand those details. The day came the bill was emailed a meeting was set!!! That bill I got that big bill I knew was coming ( I added up the hours before I received the bill) well the bill wasn’t exactly what I expected!! Bruce didn’t charge me all the hours he could have!! He didn’t charge me for everything he had done! I thanked him and he explained he didn’t think that I had been treated fairly he said. We spoke more and we also spoke about some other things going on and we spoke about god and the way he works in our lives. And he and his wife both said they’re pray for me and my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better man to help me!!! Not just a attorney but a great Christian man... so yes a man can be both! Bruce Kugler is, great attorney great Christian man!!!!

It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediated setup a consultation meeting with me to go over the injury that occured on my job. Words just can't express how grateful I am to have hired Alita as my attorney. I had a custody trial coming up in a month and my prior attorney could no longer help me.
