Her first met Gary in 2007 had to work accident. Gary and I talked and he made it very clear. I will do the best and only the best that I can. If you want quick money go to another lawyer that will just give you anything I will fight for you this is my job. I believe in Gary I believe in the stop paralegals everyone there in the office is professional. I had to go back to Gary in 2020 to being run over . After a denial of my application for social security disability, I decided to contact Jeff Roberts as we received previous knowledge that he was a very good lawyer for this type of claim. We found this to be totally true. He was very thorough in explaining the process the first day we were there. Then along the way of this process, we were informed of how each step was being handled. Not only was Jeff very professional, but his staff was extremely helpful as well. Questions were answered in language we definitely could understand and phone calls made to the office were returned. Then when my disability was approved, we again received a thorough explanation of the final determination. I was pulled over by an NJ trooper for speeding on NJ highway and there was misunderstanding between us (it was my first time to get pulled, I was too nervous and English is not my native language). The officer issued multiple tickets and I was facing license suspension. I called multiple traffic lawyers and Mr. Advani was the only one who listened the whole story patiently and gave me detailed analysis of my situation. He explained the best/worst scenario and what the expected outcome would be. There were more than 3 months between the day of my offense and the final court date, and every time I had a question, Mr. Advani replied timely. During the court date, he waited patiently with me before seeing the judge, and communicated well with the judge. We got the "best case scenario" results: 3 of the tickets were disposed, the total point was reduced to 2 and I kept my license. Mr. Advani is professional and experienced, and he is a nice person. If you are in trouble with the tickets, I would highly recommend him!

I got a ticket a while back for speeding, and I was given a reckless driving on top of it - just a bad situation, that I did not know the full ramifications of, till I hired the services of Vik Advani.
From the very beginning with Vik, there was a clear communication path, with clear details on the tickets, the points, expectations, best and worst case scenarios, insurance impacts, and the timeline. My questions were answered in a timely fashion and I did not experience any concerns, issues, delays etc. - I probably learnt more in my few discussions than I could reading books!
Eventually, at the court trial, my outcome was better than the best case scenario, and Vik's services were worth every penny, which, in the state of NJ with it's speeding laws, are more than generous.
I'd recommend his services without a second thought.

I am so thankful that I had Andrea as my representation. I have been back and forth with custody of my son for years due to false allegations. That’s what I thought about the service rendered by Andrea B Williams. I was in a unique situation and she worked to determine what was needed to resolve my case. She approached every angle to make sure every question or requirement would be addressed. My unmarried daughter died of COVID after delivering a newborn infant by an emergency c-section. The expectation was to be in sedation on the ventilator until are lungs were stronger. She was never able to sign to get the birth certificate and name the father of the child. Neither the father nor myself was able to apply for the birth certificate. Andrea made certain that an emergency hearing was set and we were granted a final hearing at that time so that benefits could begin. She was stern and straightforward and communicated with me to keep me informed. She was also very affordable for the amount of time dedicated to this case. Back on June 24th, 2023, I was cruising on my motorcycle, minding my own business, when out of the blue, this lady popped up out of nowhere and t-boned me going at least 50 mph and speeding! It sent me flying off my bike like something out of an action movie, easily 20-30 feet away.
I ended up with some battle scars - four broken bones, my collarbone, and a few ribs. My collarbone still gives me some grief, but I'm hanging in there.
The next day, I decided to give Ponce Law a call. Spoke to Nina, and she got the ball rolling. David Wyatt even swung by my place to check on me and get me signed up.
I gotta give a shout-out to Cheyenne and Brian. They did their thing, no doubt. The lady who hit me had no insurance and a laundry list of citations from our accident.
Now, why'd I pick Ponce Law, you ask? Simple – I'm a fan of that show with Paul Sr. from Orange County Choppers. He's in one of their commercials, giving his stamp of approval., I love that show, and I trust Paul Sr.'s word and boy was he right!
All in all, I had a pretty good experience with these folks. They held it down and got me through some rough times, so I'm giving them a thumbs up. If you ever find yourself in a pickle, these are the guys to call. Peace!

Vernon has been absolutely amazing. A year and half after I had been injured at work and after receiving medical treatment, it was time to start the settlement process. I was given an offer and wasn't sure if it was good. I found The Sumwalt Group on Google and saw the 5 star reviews. I reached out to them to see if I could get some advice. Vernon was the one to call me and gave me some wonderful free advice on countering and what would be a good amount. This review is long overdue as it has been a few months since my case was settled. Nonetheless, I hope that it helps someone. Though I have a long story as it relates to my injury, I will keep it short — just know Mr. Kearney and his team were with me the entire duration. lock step. I was injured at work about ~8 years ago. My case was longer than many. During those eight years I went through every tactic you could think of from the various insurance companies and adjusters who handled my case. During those eight years, WC insurance found reasons to deny a treatment, or to not pay my benefits, or to make me wait 6 months for a hearing to only agree with our demands the day of (which happened on 2-3 occasions), and everything in between. Their goal is to make an already bad situation even worse. At times they succeeded. However, Mr. Kearney kept fighting for me and never budged. Even when things would become overwhelming and I wanted to quit, he remained calm and consistent while encouraging me to push forward. His tenacity resulted in a settlement that I had honestly almost lost hope on. That is what you get with Mr. Kearney. He is a known and respected entity in the world of injured persons/workers. Opposing counsel knows him and when they greet him you can sense the respect they have for him. Same goes for judges; he knows them, like really knows them. If you need someone to truly fight for you while keeping your best interest paramount, look no further. It is honestly a no-brainer. If he agrees to take you on as a client, jump at it. You will not find more competent, prepared, personalized, experienced, honest, and compassionate representation in the DC area.
