Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. I was relieved and it all started from there he was professional, courteous and he did a great job on getting this company to finally compensate me. He got results quick and if I didn't get an attorney I'd still be fighting this company he had my back the whole way!

I came to Rocky with a work injury. I injured my shoulder while working for a commercial developer. What started as a bad dislocation ended up being a torn rotator cuff. I also had a neck injury with my cervical spine. Unfortunately my employer was not the shining star I needed them to be when I was injured. When I got in touch with Rocky my mind was IMMEDIATELY at ease. More importantly, he put my family at ease. My employer's insurance company did not want to pay for my surgery and Rocky fought them all the way until the morning of court - they relented rather than lose to this BULLDOG OF AN ATTORNEY. Rocky fought every step of the way for me and my family. He did not give up. He did not take their crap. Had it not been for Rocky I am sure I would still be in a world of hurt and confusion over this entire mess. Rocky....thank you for what you did. I hope I never have a friend or family member who has a workers compensation claim, but if I do, they will hire you. Rocky got me $190,000 for my case. I am 100% satisfied with everything he did. Mr. Trichilo went above and beyond to help my husband and myself with his very challenging case. When we first contacted Mr. Trichilo my husbands case had been denied by the insurance company and he was able to have a Full Commission reverse the ruling. Because of that My husband received a substantial lump sum payment and MSA approved annuity to make sure all future medical needs are taken care of. Because of my husbands very serious injuries I was the main contact with Mr. Trichilo and He helped me so very much and made me feel like everything would be ok and he told me to take care of myself and my husband and he would take care of everything else. This was our first case and involvement with any attorney and we couldn’t be more pleased with our overall experience and outcome.
We called and interviewed multiple attorneys when first deciding to hire a lawyer. Mr. Trichilo was the only one that told us what to expect and sent us the needed forms and engagement letter. He even followed up and asked if he could answer any questions.
Mr. Trichilo appears to be a gentle and soft spoken man when you first meet him. When it came time to go toe-to-toe with the big insurance company, we felt that we had the bigger dog in the fight! I have had to call upon the services of Mr. Tatlow/Bollwerk & Tatlow twice within the last few years for work related injuries. In both instances, he and his company went to work immediately on my case and took care of every aspect of the case(s) in a straightforward and professional matter. I accidentally called Mr. Miller's office...but it was the best error I had ever made. Workers comp had stopped approving ANY treatment for my torn disk so i reached out to get treatments approved . Immediately Mr. Miller had gotten treatment approved . Because of the long period of neglect from workers comp, my back became worse to the point that the doctor suggested my needing surgery. Divorce isn't easy, but I came out of this experience feeling way better than I did because of the fact I had Mrs. Kathy Dupuy-Bruno as my lawyer. If you're looking to hire a lawyer who is dependable, smart, and understanding, she's the one to have by your side. From the beginning until the end, Mrs. Dupuy-Bruno and her staff were amazing. All my questions and concerns were addressed on time and I was given great counsel on how to improve my case, and incidentally my family's life too. Resources on how to cut cost were made readily available and she made it easy to submit paperwork. We had to go to trial and when those days came by, she was just as reliable. She was prompt and knowledgeable, which made me less nervous and in turn gave me confidence in the outcome of my case.
Overall, Mrs. Kathy was outstanding. A situation that could have been chaotic and very stressful, went smoothly because of Mrs. Dupuy-Bruno expertise and empathy.

Mrs. Dupuy Bruno is an awesome attorney who goes far and beyond to prove her point in a case. In my situation, the father of my children was arguing against his child support increasing. In preparation for court, Mrs. Dupuy Bruno shared with me research that she had viewed that was similar to mine. From her going far and beyond, it allowed me to know that she cared about my case and that she was going to do all that she could. Not only that, but she continued to keep me posted. Whenever I called her office and she wasn’t available, she would always return my calls. There was never a time that I had to sit around and wait for a response, because she was always up front, honest, and did not procrastinate. I can't recommend Attorney Richard Grabow highly enough! I finally have federal disability support (SSDI) because I contracted with him. I would not have been able to successfully navigate the disability appeals process without him and his assistant Melissa. It was very difficult to find someone to take my case, as I am considered very young for disability and because (as Attorney Grabow explained) the system is not really set up to assess people with my many complex, chronic conditions. After a lot of hard work and an extremely long time of searching, I found two others willing to take my case, but after in-person consults, it was no contest that I wanted to go with Grabow. He was obviously very busy so he had to be very direct and to the point about everything, but I appreciate the efficiency and candor. He looked at my work history and medical summary, and he laid out the difficulties of my application but the reasons why I could (and obviously should) qualify. He also explained more of an inside perspective on how the system works, expected wait times, etc. The other folks I considered hiring did not seem nearly as competent nor were they as thorough or candid about things.
Basically, how the office functions is that most communications are with his assistant Melissa and Richard directly communicates when needed. Melissa is friendly, helpful, and has more time for answering questions. Richard is understandably more rushed and some might perceive him as a bit gruff, but again, the efficiency, directness and high level of competence is what I prefer. (And, what works!)
For anyone starting the disability process, some other helpful info:
-Grabow operates on a common disability attorney method where you can contract with him and he does not receive payment unless you win your case. If you win, he is automatically paid a % from your backpay, with a cap. This was a godsend for me as, of course, I was destitute by the time I found him.
-Contracting with a lawyer is extremely important and helpful, but you still have to stay on top of everything that you can yourself. For example, I always take notes, and Grabow mentioned a certain type of paperwork early in the process. I brought it up with him further into the process ("I have X in my notes. Should we be doing that soon?") and his take seemed to be, "We don't need that right now. Let's not do work until we need to do work and have everything as current as possible." Luckily, I pressed him on it to give it to me the forms to get to my doctor...and then, surprisingly, my case processing got pushed up EARLIER than expected, we did need that paperwork, and we had it in the nick of time. All this is to say, I don't think I would have been approved without his work on my case, but you still need to be engaged in the process.
In sum, I am extremely glad and grateful that I used Richard and Melissa!! I was disabled for 10 years without support, and I am finally in the next chapter of my life because of their help. I can't thank them enough!!!

My case was complex and involved several appeals and hearings. If not for Attorney Grabow, the ALJ would have decided the case before ever hearing it. Attorney Grabow was able to show that the ALJ made errors and, after the case was remanded, WE WON!
