There are no words to truly express how wonderful Kristi is. She worked so hard on our case to make sure that we received the benefits that we were entitled to. She had to fight an international Fortune 500 company who have more money to throw at claims like ours and yet for a very, very reasonable fee was able to broker a settlement that was fair to everybody. I called/consulted with a couple of other attorneys before meeting with Mr. Williams. The other attorneys only spent about 20 minutes with me. Mr. Williams spent over 2 hours with me! From the outset, Mr. Matthews and his Associate gave a realistic appraisal of the difficulty of this type of case. His whole firm was quite supportive. The Defendant and her Defense Attorneys tried many times and many ways to derail my lawsuit. Mr. Matthews was undeterred by all of their legal machinations. In the Courtroom, his legal arguments won the day, hearing after hearing, and he batted
a thousand. The Judge threw out every Defendant's maneuver and commended Mr. Matthews and his firm on their integrity, and thoughtful legal arguments. We ended up in Mediation in less than two years. Craig T. Mathews and Associates has been filing mechanic's liens for our company to secure payments from contractors who have been building water and wastewater treatment plants for municipalities. We sell pumps for handling sludge and metering a variety of treatment chemicals in these plants. This is about $4 million in billings per annum for our company. We believe that this service has allowed us to reduce our accounts payable by close to $1 million. Before we started using these liens, contractors made numerous counterclaims and back-charges against us. Many were also slow in paying the performance "holdbacks" that are part of these contracts. The liens are a way that we can counter these claims. In fact, since we have started using this service all of the frivolous claims have essentially disappeared. This law firm can file in any state in the USA. Our firm is active in every state in the USA, as well as Canada, and most of Latin America.

Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

In managing my dispute, Mr. Johnson strategically addressed the issues at hand and found ways to engage all parties to settle the dispute in the most logical and economical manner. It is easy to dismiss a 'perfect' review, but my results were what I needed and not over the top in fees or drama. I employed Ms. Fruchtman to intervene on an employment issue that had be washed over by previous attorneys as too insignificant or politically charged in the non-profit sector. My concerns were taken to heart, letters written, conversations had, and in the end, that is what I wanted. I did not want to go to court or sue over a sexual harassment claim. I wanted to be heard and apologized to by the employer. I wanted the perpetrator fired. I wanted them to acknowledge that they were wrong and that I was still watching them to prevent future misdeeds. They were scared. They listened. I was heard. Finally, I was able to sleep again. The perpetrator was 'retired' and women will be safe at that location. I owe that to her calm and relentless professional pursuit of the truth. They listened. That's what I needed. No court, no drama, just a good result for everyone.

I was threatened with a legal action by a previous employee. I contacted Ms. Donath and after our initial conversation, immediately retained her to defend my company. I was very impressed by her knowledge of labor laws and the difficulties of navigating the employee/employer litigation landscape.
Ms Donath immediately put me at ease and took over the management of the case. Her fees are reasonable. Not once did I feel I was paying for services that were not rendered.
Ms Donath is tough, professional and a no nonsense attorney. She was able to resolve our issue, remove the terrible emotional stress it brought about, and bring to conclusion our case.

I called Cathleen Bolek to help me with a complicated employment case with a well known, global company. To be able to describe my feelings about Vernon J. Petri & Associates in writing is nearly impossible. My gratitude for everything that the attorneys at the firm have done for me is too much for words to explain. They have had such an impact on my life and they truly are my heroes.

This firm and its lawyers do not care for their clients at all. They take months to reply to emails. They constantly give unacceptable excuses (fracture, holidaying with grandchildren, sick, computer broke down, assistant is away, the list goes on). The management are equally uninterested. They have still not closed a rather straightforward matter of mine and it’s been nearly 5 years with no end in sight. Save yourself some trouble and go to some other firm.

Robert is and is not a lawer. Robert IS a lawyer in the sense that he knows his technical stuff. Robert IS NOT a lawyer in the sense that he does not have a money gouging attitude that one sees in some lawyers. Robert remains focused enough to speak and advise where he needs to in a constructive manner and he will tell the 2 spouses to work things out by and for themselves [ due to subject matter involving personal preferences ]. Shadi and her team have been awesome throughout this entire process of immigrating to the U.S.!
She was there every step of the way! Did practice interviews, made sure that all aspects of the application are covered, told us what documents to get, Filing applications, told us what to say, and more importantly, what NOT to say at the interviews etc.
